During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. All our staff have been trained on the proper use and disposal of PPE by a medical expert. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Social distancing and wearing face masks are required when in the presence of others in public spaces. 

The following services will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction:

    • Continental breakfast

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:


  • All rooms and public spaces are sanitized with a fog machine using a non-toxic, organic, biodegradable, and broad-spectrum disinfectant liquid that is safe on all hard surfaces and harmless to humans and warm-blooded animals.


  • Staff will sanitize check in items (keys, credit cards) to prevent contact from staff and previous guests.
  • Guests may check in at the front desk but will need to observe signage in the lobby regarding social distancing.
  • Countertops will be wiped after each guest interaction.
  • The registration area has been marked for social distancing.

Registration Desk

  • Added sanitation services at the registration desk and throughout the property.
  • Staff will inform guests of local dining options.

Lobby & Corridors

  • The lobby and corridors will remain open. Staff will conduct cleaning & sanitizing services in these areas hourly.

Guest Room

  • Guest rooms will be deep cleaned prior to check in.
  • Daily room cleaning will be temporarily suspended, but guests will be provided self-cleaning and sanitization items at the front desk upon request.
  • Additional towels and toiletries will be provided outside your room in a sealed bag upon request.

Food & Beverage

    • Complimentary food & beverage services will be suspended until further notice.
    • Dining is available at Fritz Bar + Restaurant, as well as many other restaurants in Stowe. Reservations are required at all restaurants.


  • Guest check out will be available by phone or key drop, and receipts will be emailed to reduce congestion at the registration desk.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 72 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
