Our Approach

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed either by valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit. Reservations will be held for 12 hours after scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one (1) night Room Rate and Tax. If the reservation is canceled outside of 7 days the deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee plus tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

Pet Policy:

The Stowehof offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms for our guests, all of which are located on the first floor of the hotel, for an additional $25 per dog per night plus tax. You must call the hotel directly to make a reservation for a pet-friendly room.

Terms & Conditions:

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available. Please call the front desk for further information. Property is completely non-smoking.

Mini Fridges & Ice:

Mini fridges are not provided in rooms. Please ask the front desk for assistance with ice during your stay.

Additional Charges:

  • Children under 5: Free with accompanied adult (crib or rollaway beds are complimentary)
  • Children over the age of 5: $10 per person per night
  • More than 2 adults: $10 per extra adult per night
  • Late Checkout: $50 for up to 3 hours
  • Early Checkin: $25 for up to 2 hours
  • Parking is complimentary
